I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice enough with a really comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, and a great shower, but the noise from partying guests until past 3 am was a downside. The hotel met my expectations but didn't offer much more.

While the rooms were partying all night past 3 am-ready and equipped with amenities, they looked exactly the same, with the only difference being the levels of the floors. The service was very nice and helpful, with staff having their own schedule and going out of their way to contact us directly about any concerns, which they took care of immediately. The location worked well, being very central and close to everything in San Jose that you'd like to see or visit. However, the dining options were minimal, lacking variety even for a two-star hotel.
